Hong Kong dim sum and Bangkok flavors, at Sing Sing Theater.

Chef Nicolas Elalouf, the man behind Man Mo Hong Kong, takes over the kitchen with a menu of his signatures, Thai-inspired dim sum and two creations from Lily Fu's, Bangkok. Once dinner is served, the tables clear and Sing Sing does what it does best.
